Conveniently located just 150 meters from Tavira's main square, the guesthouse offered easy access to local attractions, including the beautiful Roman Bridge and various dining options. Bruno, our host, was notably helpful, providing us with great recommendations, including dining at Bica restaurant-a true delight that did not disappoint. The eclectic design of the guesthouse added charm, while the small kitchen area with a coffee machine and fridge proved practical for family needs. Our children, under two, particularly enjoyed observing the river views from our window and the engaging information sheets regarding Tavira's history displayed outside our room. Al-Gharb is an excellent base for families seeking a peaceful getaway. Both the superb location and accommodating staff, including Carla, ensured we felt right at home during our stay. I would gladly return to this wonderful guesthouse.
